A message from Principal Gilbert Galvan

Dear VMA Parents,

VMA recently experienced an incident involving several students. The actions of these students are being addressed accordingly.

We are grateful for the swift response of school and law enforcement personnel.

We want parents to know that leaders increased police personnel, security, and provided administrative assistance on-site.

This was an isolated incident. We want to reassure parents that we will not tolerate this type of behavior and encourage individuals with knowledge of such incident to inform proper authorities.

Parents, we encourage you to talk to your children and advise of them of the consequences.

At this time, details of the incident remain under investigation.
